Application Submission
Start your academic journey by completing the electronic application form through the selected universities from USAGATES. Applicants are required to submit all necessary academic documents along with any supporting information related to their chosen program — including Diploma, Associate, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree.
Application Evaluation & Decision
After submission, each application undergoes a detailed academic review process. Applicants are generally notified of the admission decision within 5–10 working days. Our admissions team ensures timely communication regarding the status of every application.
Admission Confirmation
Successful applicants will receive an official admission confirmation from the selected university, along with a formal acceptance letter and enrollment details for their chosen academic program.
Program Enrollment
Once admitted, students may proceed with selecting and organizing their academic schedule according to their preferred program. Applicants pursuing honorary academic recognition or academic equivalency based on prior education or professional experience may not be required to complete additional coursework. In certain cases, the university may request supporting documents or a thesis related to a specialized field of study.
Graduation Documentation Preparation
As academic schedules and university events are finalized, course outlines and program materials will be updated accordingly. The graduation package may include the degree certificate, academic transcript, recommendation letter, certification letters, accreditation documents, authentication letters from educational services in the United States, and other customized graduation materials.
Degree Authentication Process
Upon completion, academic documents are forwarded to Washington, D.C. for attestation and authentication procedures. Standard authentication may involve verification through a Notary Public, Office of Authentication, United States Department of State, and embassy legalization. Please note that embassies maintain independent authority regarding legalization policies and procedures, and universities do not hold control over embassy regulations or final authentication decisions.
