Program Overview

The Bachelor Degree Program in Physiotherapy is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to assess, diagnose, and treat physical impairments, disabilities, and pain through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities.   • Year 2: Pathophysiology, Therapeutic Exercises, Manual Therapy Techniques, Clinical Practice and Patient Management.
  • Year 3: Electrotherapy and Physical Modalities, Neurological Physiotherapy, Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
  • Year 4: Advanced Clinical Practice, Internship, Capstone Project, Elective Courses.
  1. Online Intensive Program (1.5 Years)

Description:
This accelerated program is designed for highly motivated individuals who wish to complete their degree in a shorter timeframe. Applicants must meet certain criteria for approval. The program includes intensive coursework and may require the submission of a thesis.

Curriculum:

  • Semester 1: Core Physiotherapy Principles, Human Anatomy and Physiology, Biomechanics and Kinesiology.
  • Semester 2: Therapeutic Exercises, Manual Therapy Techniques, Clinical Practice and Patient Management.
  • Semester 3: Advanced Topics in Physiotherapy, Thesis Preparation and Submission.
  1. Full Recognition of Previous Studies/Certificates

Description:
Applicants with relevant previous studies or professional certifications may be eligible for full recognition of their qualifications.

A thesis may be required, but no additional coursework is necessary. Upon approval, the applicant will receive the Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.

Requirements:

  • Submission of previous academic transcripts and certificates.
  • Thesis submission (if required).
  • Approval by the academic committee.
  1. Honorary Degree Based on Life/Work Experience (4 – 6 months)

Description:
This option is available for individuals with significant life and work experience in the field of physiotherapy. A thesis may be requested to demonstrate the applicant’s knowledge and expertise. Upon evaluation, the applicant will be awarded an honorary Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.

Requirements:

  • Detailed CV and portfolio of work experience.
  • Thesis submission (if required).
  • Evaluation and approval by the academic committee.
