The Royal American University, the University of RT USA and American East Coast University held an honorary doctorate degree, Medals and American Community Services Awards ceremony on June 1, 2023, at Hilton Hotel in New York, USA. The event was scheduled and hosted by Prof. Dr. Tony J., chancellor of the American Universities System. In recognition of community service in all political, social, literary, and academic circles, including Presidents and Prime Ministers of different countries around the world, Prof. Dr. Tony J. has been awarding American Doctorate Degrees, American Community Services Awards, Medals, and Honorary Certificates for the past three decades.
Many renowned authors, artists, and cultural figures from around the world travelled to attend this event.
Dr. Aziz Khan has presided event, particularly in New York, USA, who has been providing invaluable medical and social services to the people of Long Island, USA, for the past four decades.
Dr. Janice Miller was invited as a chief guest in the ceremony.
This ceremony was held to honour the legends of American multilingual singer Dr. Janice Miller, Dr. Farah DL, and USA Ambassador Dr. Didi DF, as well as the social workers Dr. James WC, Dr. Ghazala, and Dr. Meghnaben JS, for their outstanding community service.

Dr. Janice M. is an American singer who sings in Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi despite not speaking a word of any of the language. At the age of 12 , Miller became one of the most sought after cover artists, routinely covering the likes of Noor Jehan in 1992.
In 2005 Miller was invited to Pakistan by former president of Pakistan Parvez Musharraf for a private party in Islamabad.
Her first major concert was at Pakistan Day Parade held in Manhattan in 1992, in which she performed alongside Muhammad Ali Shayki and The Benjamin Sisters. Miller was then named “8th Wonder of World”. Miller released her debut album “Sentimental Moments” in 2013 which was a bollywood R&B Album.
All American doctors congratulated Dr. Miller for receiving h.c doctorate degree for her marvellous intellectual success and services for the community.

Dr. Farah DL and Dr. Didi DF were both awarded degrees in the current programme by Dr. Tony J. and Dr. Janice M. Dr. Farah DL also invited American Prof. Dr. Tony J., as well as H.E Rozita Lee, a former White House Commissioner serving on President Obama’s Advisory Commission on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, to attend the “WORLDWIDE WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT COALITION SYMPOSIUM” on August 27th, 2021, at the Hilton Millennium United Nations in New York and appreciated his community services globally.

Promiment figures of community artists and social workers Dr. James WC, Dr. Ghazala, Dr. Meghnaben JS got great appreciation for their services in the community. Their services were recognised globally and honoured by the highest award h.c honorary doctorate degree presented by Dr. Tony J., Dr. Miller and Dr. Aziz Khan from American University.

Dr. Tony J. is the Pt. President of the University of RT USA as well as the Chancellor of Royal American University, American East Coast University, European, and Asian social and welfare organisations. To date, Professor Dr. Shahina Kishwer from Canada has collaborated with various members of the Canadian Parliament to organise a number of events. In doing so, she has joined Professor Dr. Tony J. in his mission to provide social and academic services in partnership with American universities.

In collaboration with Prof. Dr. Tony J. and Prof. Shahina Kishwer, American universities have thus far organised a number of programmes for American honorary doctoral degrees and awards. Among them are American professionals and United Nations representatives in Europe: Prof. Dr. Sana Rashid, Prof. Dr. Kiran Ashraf, Prof. Dr. Saaima Jabeen, Prof. Dr. Noreen Akram Rathore, Dr. Ahlam Arfaoui, and Dr. Rita BG. In addition, American doctors, Dr. Arshad Ali, Dr. M. Shafique Farooqi, Dr. Lailatul Qadr, Dr. Madiha Batool, Dr. Nausheen Khalid and Dr. Mumtaz Hussain participated in high-level presidential programmes.
