Payment & Fee Schedule
When applying to any institution affiliated with the USAGATES network through UNI American Eagles, the following payment schedule generally applies. Fee structures, administrative fees, and installment policies may vary by university, institution, or program.
Application Fee
Payable upon receiving the official acceptance letter from the university. The amount may vary according to the selected academic program and the chosen institution.
Installment Plan
The total program fee is divided into four equal installments of 25% each.
First Installment
Within two weeks after confirming and selecting the academic program.
Second Installment
Within two weeks following the payment of the first installment.
Third Installment
Payable after you receive the authenticated academic documents issued by the university.
Final Installment
Remaining balance plus shipping, before the university dispatches the final degree certificate.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees vary according to the student's country of residence. The university or institution will provide the exact shipping cost before the documents are dispatched.
