On May 2, 2025, the inaugural ceremony of the American Noble New York Prize USA was held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. The prestigious event was hosted by Professor Dr. Tony J., Partner, Founder, and President of the first American Noble New York Prize USA. The ceremony was presided over by Dr. Ali Rekkbie, a distinguished academic leader and partner owner of more than 20 American universities.
The Noble New York Prize USA was officially registered in the State of New York on April 14, 2025, by its Partner, Founder, and President, Professor Dr. Tony J., marking the establishment of the first American Noble New York Prize USA.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of several eminent personalities as chief guests, including Dr. Qassarr Mustafa Bhutta, President of the Pakistani American Republic Party (PARP), who supported the Honorable His Excellency Donald J. Trump’s party during the election campaign; Dr. Helia Bayegan, CEO of HMB Canadian Immigration Law Firm from Canada; Captain Afzal Fazal of the New York City Police Department; Dr. MD Anamul Hoque, , Prt. President Asian American Cultural Center in United Nations; and Dr. Imam M. Shahidullah , Prt. President Asian American Cultural Center in United Nations. Prof. Mujeeb Alam and renowned businesswoman Dr. Shabnm S. Ajmal from the USA also attended the event as chief guests.
The event formally introduced the Noble New York Prize USA, a globally prestigious award initiated by Prof. Dr. Tony J., who also serves as Chancellor of Royal American University, American East Coast University, National American University, and partner President of the University of RT USA, UNI American Eagles and the Partner president of more than 20 American Universities on USAGATES.ORG. This honor is designed to recognize and celebrate the exceptional achievements and global contributions of distinguished scholars, leaders, and humanitarian contributors.
The first Noble New York Prize USA was awarded to the Honorable Respected American President His Excellency Donald J. Trump in recognition of his notable contributions to Distinguished Global Leadership. The award was received on his behalf by Dr. Qassarr Mustafa Choudhry, President of the PARP. Dr. Qassarr Mustafa was also presented with an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Community Service by the University of RT USA.
The second Noble New York Prize USA was awarded to the Honorable Respected Prime Minister of Canada, His Excellency Mark Cerney, for his Visionary Leadership Excellence. Dr. Helia Bayegan received this award on his behalf and was also honored individually with the Noble New York Prize USA for her outstanding contributions to community service.
Dr. Gregory Meeks, United States Representative and Ranking Member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, was also awarded the Noble New York Prize USA. The award was received by Dr. Ali Rekkbie. In addition, Dr. Rekkbie was honored with his own Noble New York Prize USA in recognition of his exemplary achievements and outstanding services in the fields of education and social service.
Dr. Ali Rekkbie further received the award on behalf of Hobert Brownstein’s Canadian Immigration Firm, an elite service provider. CEO Mr. Nick Wilson was honored with the Noble New York Prize USA, with the award received by Dr. Rekkbie. He also received the award on behalf of the Program Vice Presidents of NNYP USA—Dr. Saaima Jabeen, Dr. Sana Rashid, and Canadian Immigration Consultant Dr. Karishma Sharma—for their remarkable contributions to community advancement. Dr. Karishma Sharma was also awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree for her exceptional service to the community.
Dr. Patrick Brown, Mayor of Brampton, Canada, was another distinguished recipient of the Noble New York Prize USA. His award was received on his behalf by Dr. Shabnm S. Jamal, who also received an Honorary Doctorate Degree for her significant contributions to community service.
Dr. Tony J. also announced that Dr. Shahina Kishwer, Vice Chancellor of Royal American University, American East Coast University, and UNI American Eagles in Oshawa, Canada, was honored with the Program Vice President ID of the Noble New York Prize USA, awarded voluntarily in recognition of her role in academic leadership.
Furthermore, Dr. Laila Tul Qadar was officially nominated for the Noble New York Prize USA and is set to receive her award very soon. Distinguished members of UNI American Eagles who were appointed to various designations and received their voluntary Program Vice President IDs during the United Nations event on behalf of the Asian American Cultural Center included Dr. Shahina Kishwer, Dr. Sana Rashid, Dr. Saaima Jabeen, Dr. Karishma Sharma, Dr. Laila Tul Qadar, Dr. Madiha Batool, and Prof. Mehboob Alam.
Among the earliest honorees to receive their official voluntary Program Vice President IDs from the Partner President of the Noble New York Prize USA were Dr. Shahina Kishwer, Dr. Saaima Jabeen, Dr. Sana Rashid, Dr. Kiran Ashraf, Dr. Karishma Sharma, Dr. Tanveer Ahmed, Dr. Ali Raza, Dr. Sikandar Murtaza, Dr. MD Anamul Hoque, Dr. Tehseen Rashid, Dr. Nosheen Rashid, Dr. Sidrah Ashraf, Dr. Imam M. Shahidullah, and Prof. Mehboob Alam. They were recognized for their leadership and designated to organize and expand future Noble New York Prize USA programs worldwide. Dr. Anamul Hoque and Dr. Imam M. Shahidullah were also awarded Honorary Doctorate Degrees by UNI American Eagles in recognition of their organizational contributions to community welfare and global peace.
Prof. Mehboob Alam received an Honorary Doctorate Degree on behalf of Muhammad Sohaib Mateen, conferred by the Chancellors of Royal American University, Dr. Tony J. and Dr. Ali Rekkbie. Captain Afzal Fazal of the New York City Police Department was honored with an Honorary Doctorate Degree for his exceptional community service. Dr. Khamis Shehata Abdelrahman also received an Honorary Doctorate Degree from UNI American Eagles for his outstanding contributions to social welfare.
Professor Dr. Tony J., Pt. Additionally, in collaboration with Dr. Shahina Kishwer, Professor Dr. Tony J. announced the nomination of former Prime Minister of Canada, His Excellency Justin Trudeau, and former First Lady of Canada, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, for the Noble New York Prize USA on May 12, 2025. Furthermore, the Noble New York Prize USA has been awarded to Dr. Subayyal Ikram on the nomination of Dr. Maimoona Shaheen Ahmed for his scholarly services as a motivational speaker. Nominations have also been approved for Dr. Madiha Batool on February 11, 2026, and Dr. Md. Mahfuzur Rahman on May 13, 2026. In accordance with the policies and procedures of the Noble New York Prize USA Office Administration, these distinguished nominees are scheduled to receive their awards in the near future.
The Noble New York Prize USA has also been awarded to Dr. Sikandar Murtaza in recognition of his outstanding contributions to community service and the promotion of global peace. Dr. Sikandar Murtaza serves as Program Vice President in Delaware, USA, for UNI American Eagles and has been recognized for his dedication to humanitarian initiatives, educational advancement, and community development.
